Effective on February 1, 2009, UniMatrix xSP no longer allows FTP connections to its hosting servers (if you have a VPS or dedicated server, this does not apply).  This move is to help further increase server security and the protection of client data.  The following instructions provide directions on using SCP instead.

 

To access your files on our servers, you will need to use the SCP protocol.  For a free, open source client, we recommend the use of Krusader on Linux and WinSCP on Windows.

Before you can log in, you will need to access your client portal and under the domain name you want to access, click on "SSH accounts" and then create an account.
